Leaf Peepin' Sock Yarn IN STOCK
Fingering Weight
This listing is for one 100g/463yd skein/hank of hand dyed sock yarn in my Granite State Sock base. It is a 4 ply blend of 75% superwash merino and 25% nylon. Note: pictures may show more than one skein.
The colorway is Leaf Peepin'. It is a beautiful variegated blend of reds, oranges, yellows, greens, and browns, and looks just like October in New Hampshire. We always welcome visitors to our state so they can see the beauty of our autumn, but even the seasoned veterans still love to go for a drive up the mountains for some leaf peepin'. If you like the sock sample pictured, it is knit using the Railyard Socks pattern, also available here in my shop! The dyes were set and then washed and rinsed to remove any remaining dye. Minimal bleeding may occur, so I recommend hand washing projects separately in cold water and laying flat to dry. Please be aware that colors on your screen may not exactly match the colors in real life.
My yarn is hand dyed in very small batches. No two skeins are exactly alike, even from the same batch. If you are using multiple skeins for a project, I recommend alternating skeins (i.e. helical knitting).
